Bunkhouse rooms feature a variety of extras that are included in the price of the room:
-free breakfast, -free wireless internet, -children 8 and under are free, -free use of the pool, -free fossil hunting for beginners and parents with small children, -access to fee fossil hunting, -plus, because of the incredibly low light pollution at High Plains Homestead, every night, the best show in the universe is visible from your front porch.
Room Rates:
Single rate: $68.00 per night. $10.00 per night for each additional room guest
(Includes free breakfast, wireless internet and swimming pool.)
Children 8 and under are free.
Pets: $5.00 per night

1.) Post Playhouse Special
The Post Playhouse at Fort Robinson State Park was founded in 1967. Over the last 44 years, the Post Playhouse has mounted 170 productions on it’s stage and employed hundreds of actors hailing from all across the country. We at High Plains Homestead are proud supporters of the Post Playhouse and invite you to stay with us while attending this year's plays. In fact, for a two night minimum, we will pay your parking at Fort Robinson while attending the production(s) of your choice!

High Plains Homestead, Home of the Drifter Cookshack and Bunkhouse and the Legend Buttes Golf Course have teamed up to offer you a great deal. This year, our room guests will be able to take in a 9-hole round of golf with 1-cart rental for a 5% discount.
The 9-hole municipal Legend Buttes Course in Crawford features 3,178 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. The course rating is 35.2 and has a slope rating of 125.
