Here are High Plains Homestead we are fortunate to have a neighbor like Liz Sprock. With Liz we are able to offer a "one of a kind" hiking experience. Join us, along with Liz, local rancher, as she guides you for a hike on her Pine Ridge Northwest Nebraska ranch. As an experienced hiker, Liz will take you to a settler’s homestead or walk you by a lovely creek. See for yourself where the settlers cached their milk cream cheese in a hidden spring. Walk among gentle hand-raised cattle as they lazily graze the rich high grasses. As you enjoy a leisurely homemade Cookshack sack lunch you will take in the fresh air and the soft breezes that rustle through the Ponderosa Pines. You’ll end your hike through a canyon you will not soon forget. Come join Liz on a hike filled with memories you will cherish.
