Sons of the American Legion Meeting

Squadron # 7 of the Sons of The American Legion will meet at 7:00PM on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at the American Legion Club on West 3rd Street in Alliance. The purpose of the meeting is to reorganize the squadron, familiarize the organization with the new members, and to nominate and elect new officers.
The Sons of The American Legion was created in 1932 as an organization within The American Legion.
The S.A.L. is made up of boys and men of all ages whose parents or grandparents served in the United States military and became eligible for membership in the American Legion. Together, members of The American Legion, The American Legion Auxiliary and The Sons of the American Legion make up what is known as The Legion Family.
All members are urged to attend this important meeting. Members are also reminided that the 2008 S.A.L. dues of $20.00 are now due and can be submitted to Jim Todd at Todd's Body and Frame Shop. 620 Flack Avenue, in Alliance.
