Mayor’s Prayer Luncheon
Thursday, May 3, 2007
In observance of the 56th annual National Day of Prayer, The Box Butte County NDP Task Force and the Ministerial Association of Alliance announce the annual Mayor’s Prayer Luncheon Thursday, May 3, 2007. The Luncheon and prayer observance will be held at the First Presbyterian Church (515 Emerson – Alliance) from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. The event will include lunch followed by opening remarks by Mayor Dan Kusek, prayer for our nation, its governmental leaders, churches, families, education, and the military. An added element this year will include the Grace Notes (AHS students), Jon Marquez, Kellie Van Meter, and Natalie Gomez leading their prayers in song, and the Swinging Seniors.
The 2007 NDP theme is “America, Unite in Prayer."
